Catalogues and documents, on request
Documents are issued per series and per market rather than published as one undated PDF: a datasheet that is two revisions old is worse than no datasheet at all.

Detail
What you can ask for
Line card with current series and thicknesses. Technical data sheets per series. REACH documentation for EU shipments. Test reports where they exist for the construction. Packing and loading plans for container orders.
Tell us the market and the series; we send the versions that apply rather than a generic folder.
- Line card and series overview
- Technical data sheets
- REACH documentation (EU)
- Test reports where available
- Packing and loading plan
How
Request through the quote form
Use the quote form and tick the documents you need. Documents for a specific project go out with the quotation; general line cards go out the same working day where the time zone allows.
Request
Documents are issued per enquiry, on purpose
Most film sites put a catalogue PDF behind a form and call it a download centre. The problem with that catalogue is that it is written for the whole world and therefore fits nobody: figures measured on a substrate you do not have, series that are not in stock, and a price basis that is years old.
We issue documents against the enquiry instead — the datasheet for the series you asked about, the batch record for the rolls in question, and the test reports that apply. It takes an extra email and it means the document you forward to your client is one you can defend.
If your procurement process needs a document before a conversation, ask for the series datasheets and the quality-system registration. Those exist independently of any order.
Use
Forwarding documents to your own buyers
Distributors forward our datasheets to installers, specifiers and procurement teams, often with their own identity on top. That is expected, and it is why the documents are written to be forwarded: no internal jargon, no untranslated terms, and every claim tied to a batch or a method.
Where a buyer needs a declaration we do not issue — a specific standard, a country-of-origin statement, a REACH or RoHS position — ask. Some we hold, some we can obtain, and some belong to the installation rather than the film, in which case we will say so instead of sending a document that says nothing.
Questions
Before you ask
The three questions that come up on almost every enquiry.
Are the documents free?
Yes. Physical samples are charged and credited against the first order.
Can documents be translated?
Ask. For a market where the tender is in a local language, a translated summary is sometimes possible.
Can I get the full catalogue?
The series datasheets are issued on request. A single catalogue covering every construction is deliberately not published, because the figures would not match your order.
Do you provide certificates with the shipment?
The batch record and the applicable test reports travel with the order. Quality-system and compliance documents are supplied against the enquiry.
Can we use your datasheets under our own brand?
Yes, on private-label orders, with the technical content unchanged. Claims cannot be edited, but the branding, layout and language can.
