Glass safety
Glass safety film, bought the way a distributor buys
If you resell film rather than install it, the questions are different: consistency between rolls, documentation your customer will accept, packing that survives a container, and a supplier who answers in the same week.

Detail
What a distributor needs that an installer does not
An installer buys performance. A distributor buys repeatability: the same construction next quarter, the same datasheet, the same carton. That is why we issue the specification per batch and keep the item code stable across shipments.
Where a market requires a document — a test report, a declaration, a translation — ask before the order, not after the container lands.
Supply
Rolls, slit widths and private label
Standard master rolls ship as they come; slit widths are cut to your market's glazing sizes. Private label is available from a minimum quantity per SKU, with your carton and your core print.
Mixed pallets across solar, safety and privacy lines are normal for us — most first orders are exactly that.
- Master rolls or slit to width
- Private label from MOQ per SKU
- Batch documentation issued with the order
- FOB or CIF terms
Distribution
What a distributor needs beyond the film
A distributor's problem is not choosing a film. It is holding a range that covers the enquiries that arrive, with documentation that satisfies the buyer at the other end, and enough consistency that the fourth order matches the first.
That means three things from the factory: a stable series structure that does not change specification between runs, batch records that can be traced to a shipment, and packaging that survives a container and a warehouse without corner damage. The film is the easy part.
The commercial structure matters as much. Mixed pallets, slit widths for the local market, private-label liner and cartons, and a datasheet the distributor can put their own name on — those are the terms that decide whether a supply relationship lasts past the first order.
Quality
Batch consistency, and how it is checked
On a single install, batch consistency is invisible. On a distributor's stock it is the whole product: an installer who fits film from two deliveries on one facade and sees a colour step will not order again.
Our control is at the run level — the coating parameters are held for the batch, samples are retained from the head and tail of each run, and the batch number travels with the roll. When a distributor reorders, we can say whether the new run will match and, where it will not, say so before the order is placed.
Ask for retained samples on any volume order. It is a small request, and the suppliers who cannot answer it are telling you something useful.
Questions
Before you ask
The three questions that come up on almost every enquiry.
Can I order a mixed pallet?
Yes. Most first orders combine two or three series. Send the split you want and we quote it as one shipment.
Do you provide test reports?
Where they exist for the construction, yes. We will not manufacture a report for a film that has not been tested.
What is the usual lead time?
Confirmed per order — it depends on the line schedule and the slit widths. Ask for the current schedule with your enquiry.
Do you supply under our own brand?
Yes — printed liner, branded core, cartons and a private-label datasheet from the OEM minimum order upward. Artwork approval is the long step, so send it with the enquiry.
Can we order mixed series on one pallet?
Yes, and most distributors do. Send the split by series, thickness and width and we will quote it as a single shipment with one document set.
How is the film packed for sea freight?
Rolls on a core, wrapped, boxed and palletised upright with bracing. Fumigation-free pallets for the EU and Australia. Rolls are never laid flat under other cargo.
What is the usual lead time?
Stock series ship quickly; a custom run or a private-label print adds production and print time. We confirm the date against your order rather than publishing a single number that will be wrong half the time.
